"Some things are hard to believe until you actually try them. My husband and I were
really, really stressing about the fact that we couldn't seem to get our daughter's weight under control.....Well,
I met the Parks and I was very interested in the information that they presented....One of the tips were not eating after
6 pm and giving your body a chance to digest your food and rest. We had even started walking every morning before breakfast.
